- Complete Conference Reservation Confirmation form.
- To secure your date the venue is payable upon booking. No booking will be made without the venue hire.
- Catering requirements should be given in writing 7 working days prior to date and full payment must be made 48 hours prior to date. No catering will take place if this deadline is not made.There are two conference venues which are ideal for small groups for any occasion. We provide, video and DVD/CD player, flipcharts, white board, overhead projector and Data projector and PA System with 2 cordless microphones (on request) for all your business requirements.
